Dubai’s skyline is set to welcome an ambitious new addition as Mercedes-Benz partners with local developer Binghatti to create a fully branded urban destination unlike anything the city has seen before.

Rather than a single tower, the project will take shape as an expansive multi-tower district designed to function as a complete city within a city. Officially known as Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City, the development will rise in the Meydan area and span approximately nine million square feet.

Everyday essentials will be located within close reach, reinforcing the project’s goal of offering a seamless live-work-leisure environment inside a single community valued at around AED 30 billion.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti Developers, emphasized that both brands share a commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and timeless design — values that will shape the district from concept to completion.
